The hashtags #AtHomeinAL and #ALTogether have been perfect for following how Alabama’s community colleges are rallying around their communities while students are off campus. Although virtual services are a new concept to some, each college has been able to train and implement online strategies that are making online learning work. Of course, college services such as registration and financial aid assistance haven’t missed a beat. But there’s more to Alabama’s community colleges than academics and career training.
