Timothy Alexander
Timothy Alexander, an alumnus of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, has inspired those who have followed his journey. He became disabled following a car accident in 2006. He was left paralyzed from the waist down and remained in a wheelchair for 10 years, unable to stand or walk. With a passion for sports and leadership, he has taken what he’s learned from his own experience to become a motivational speaker.
He speaks at LBW Community College in Andalusia on Feb. 19, 11 a.m., Martha and Solon Dixon Center for the Performing Arts; and again in Greenville on Feb. 20, 11:30 a.m., in the Wendell Mitchell Conference Center. Free and open to the public.
