The STEAM grant is purposed to support creative and innovative ideas related to science, technology, engineering, arts, and math, that support and align with the regional workforce priorities.<\/p>\n

What Kinds of Projects Will Be Considered?<\/h3>\n

Creative projects that enhance the students\u2019 academic skills and also ignite their curiosity and creativity, preparing them for future educational and career opportunities in STEAM disciplines. Examples include:<\/p>\n

  1. Applications for funds must be received by the ACCS Workforce Development Division in the prescribed format using the ACCS Online Form.<\/li>\n
  2. Upon submittal, a notification of receipt will be generated to the contact person\u2019s email as entered in the online form.<\/li>\n
  3. ACCS will conduct a preliminary review of applications for completeness.<\/li>\n
  4. ACCS will conduct a STEAM Review Committee meeting.<\/li>\n
  5. Upon approval, the ACCS Workforce Development Division will submit to the applicant a Notification of Award and a Grant Agreement that provides details regarding appropriate accounting and compliance practices.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
