Lead Paint Certified Renovator

According to the lead paint rule from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) which took effect in April 2010, any contractors disturbing more than six (6) square feet on a home built before 1978 must be a certified lead paint renovator.

Lead Paint Certified Renovator – CE Renewal

Under Alabama Health Department regulations, all Lead Paint Certified Renovators must complete a refresher course every three years.
