Reimbursement Procedures
Below are the reimbursement procedures along with a link to the reimbursement form. Please note that all reimbursement requests will be paid through their respective Community Action Agency.
- Eligibility: Reimbursements are available for individuals who have attended AEITCN Weatherization Training programs and have incurred eligible travel expenses.
- Documentation: Please ensure you retain all relevant documentation related to your travel expense including a mileage map (e.g. Google Maps) and a copy of your training registration (e.g. email registration verification).
- Submission: Click on the Travel Reimbursement Request form on this page to submit your travel reimbursement information and documentation.
- Processing Time: Reimbursement requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe upon receipt of all required documentation. Please allow adequate time for processing.
