Did you know that spending one hour of your time on the Free Application for Federal for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) could earn you up to $6,495 toward your college education?

The FAFSA is your gateway to federal grants, loans, and work-study. Even if you’re already thinking you may not qualify for the full amount, many colleges (including Alabama’s community colleges) still use information from a completed FAFSA to determine scholarships and other financial aid.

In 2021, the Alabama State Board of Education began requiring every graduating senior to complete the FAFSA. The ACCS is here to help! Whether you’re a student, parent, or educator – we have resources for you.
