The Alabama Adult Education Program Memoranda serve as the official policy guidance issued by the Alabama Community College System (ACCS) Adult Education Division (AED). These memoranda provide official statewide policy for the administration and operation of Alabama’s adult education programs. The memoranda published on this page are active and are issued in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), applicable state law, and applicable state and federal regulations and guidance. Local adult education providers shall comply with these policies and guidance as a condition of participation in the adult education program.
