Jefferson State Community College offers an informative and fun learning experience for high school students interested in the field of hospitality and culinary arts. Participants learn from Chef Professors in Jefferson State’s award winning Culinary & Hospitality Institute and enjoy hands-on learning activities and field trips around the community. The students graduate after completing the requirements.
