BIRMINGHAM – The Alabama Community College System (ACCS) will recognize 48 of its top scholars at the 31st annual 2026 All-Alabama Academic Team Recognition Ceremony at the Embassy Suites Birmingham-Hoover on Friday, April 10.

Two students from each ACCS institution will receive a $1,000 to be used at any public or private college of their choice. Students named to the Coca-Cola Academic Team will earn an additional $1,300 scholarship. Additionally, the New Century Transfer Pathway ($2,750) and Workforce Pathway Scholarships ($1,500) will be awarded to the two top-performing students who demonstrate exceptional focus in transfer or workforce education pathways.

Last year’s All-Alabama Academic team amassed $61,250 in scholarships.

The event takes place during Community College Month, complementing the All-USA Academic Team program sponsored by Phi Theta Kappa and the American Association of Community Colleges.

The ceremony will be streamed on the ACCS YouTube and Facebook pages.
