Closed School Transcript
The Private School Licensure Division of the Alabama Community College System serves as the repository for student transcripts from closed licensed private postsecondary institutions.
The Division does not service student records for closed public or private K-12 schools.
The Private School Licensure Division, Alabama Community College System does not act in the capacity of registrar, the Division provides copies of transcripts we have received from closed licensed institutions. The Division does not provide official transcripts.
There is a non-refundable fee of $10.00 per transcript search. This is payment for the search of transcript records and offers no guarantee that a transcript can be located.
One form must be filled out per request, if requesting a transcript search under multiple names or institutions, please fill out separate forms and include the appropriate fee for each form.
Transcript requests will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt.
The fee must be in the form of a Cashier’s Check or a Money Order made payable to the Alabama Community College System.
